Only a few months after being traded to the Cleveland Browns, Deshaun Watson received a ticket in Ohio for exceeding the speed limit by nearly 30 mph, according to a report on Thursday.
The quarterback may be seen in a Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen with at least two other passengers in a video from June 11 that was obtained by TMZ Sports.
When he was pulled over for speeding by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
"Your speed is going to be the cause of the stop. Do you know how quickly you were travelling?" I can hear the cop speaking.
The policeman told Watson, who then explained that he had just been dealt to the Browns,
He received a speeding ticket because it was "a little fast for a warning" to be 27 mph over the speed limit.
The problem was resolved on July 6 after Watson paid a $185 fee, according to the report.
The $5 million fee and required evaluation and treatment programme were among the stipulations of the accord, which Watson has "followed in full."
