UP Yoddhas edge past Jaipur Pink Panthers in PKL 9

The semi-finalists from the previous season staged a comeback under the  direction of Pardeep Narwal  and Surender Gill.

The Pro Kabaddi League team representing the state of Uttar Pradesh is called UP Yoddhas, which is owned by the GMR  Group (PKL 9).

They won by a narrow margin of two points over Jaipur Pink Panthers to kick off their  campaign in the ninth Pro  Kabaddi League.

The Pro Kabaddi league's 2022 season got underway today in Bengaluru.

In the last few seconds of the game, the UP Yoddhas, who  were competing in the third game of the evening, defeated the  Jaipur Pink Panthers 34-32.

With five points from one game, UP Yoddha are presently third in the points standings.

The match between UP Yoddhas and U-Mumba will now take place on October 10 and will be broadcast LIVE & EXCLUSIVELY  on Star Sports Network and LIVE Streamed on Disney Hotstar beginning at 7:30 p.m. (IST).

Surender Gill scored nine points for the UP Yoddhas, including one tackle point, and Pardeep Narwal scored seven raid points.

The UP Yoddhas' defence lived  up to its reputation, with Ashu Singh getting the most tackle points (4 total), as well as the Dream11 Game Changer award.
