WWE: Sara Lee, Tough Enough star, dies aged 30

WWE reality show winner who passed away at the age of 30  has received tributes from  professional wrestlers.

Sara Lee won the 2015 season of Tough Enough, a talent-spotting programme with an elimination-style format.

Before starting her wrestling career, Sara was a track and powerlifting star at her US high school, according to the local media.

In a statement published online, her mother Terri Lee  confirmed her passing.

"We convey the news that dear Sarah Weston has gone to live with Jesus with heavy hearts," she wrote. "We are all stunned,"

After winning Tough Enough, Lee,  a resident of the US state of Michigan, received a $250,000 contract; nevertheless, she was fired the following year.

Cory James Weston, also known  as Westin Blake, a former WWE wrestler, was her husband.

Chelsea Green, a star of Impact, said she will recall her friend as "laughing, smiling, and carefree."
